-HOW TO COOK RICE with this Japanese DONABE Clay Rice Cooker Pot earthernware
1. Wash rice in a bowl, add water to the watermarks inside or add from 13.52 oz /400cc of water for 2 cups, and soak it in water for 20 to 30min. Move the soaked rice with water to the clay pot.
2. Heat up with middle flame for approx. 15min. for 2 cups.
3. Then turn off the stove and wait for 10 to 20min. leaving it with the lids closed/untouched.
4. Open up the lids and break up some rice.
-Can also make bread.
