- ☕ 【Warm Tips】When you put in pods, please make sure the pods are fully inserted into the machine and then press down the handle; When you take out the pods, please make sure that the handle is fully lifted.
Please ensure the pods are fully inserted into the machine. If not fully inserted, check if the handle is fully lifted. Do not forcefully press the handle, it will cause the handle to break and the needle of the machine will get stuck in the pod.
Why some pods can start the machine, but some pods cannot?
Since there are magnets on the left and right sides of pods, the machine will determine the brewing procedure based on the magnet induction. Please check whether the magnets on both sides of the pod have fallen off or not.
Leakage mainly occurs at the bottom of tank--if leaks, please tighten the screws at the bottom of the water tank; the gap of the pod--mainly caused by incorrect use of capsules and coffee powder.
Our machine has four temperature: Red-high temperature;yellow-medium-high temperature;green-medium-low temperature;blue-cold brewing of room temperature. Recommending the yellow or green light for milk capsules& the blue light for cold coffee.
